FEB. 22, 2008 - The Pocomoke City Vol. Fire Co. responded to a vehicle fire on Wallace Taylor Rd. at Duke Weidmia Rd. (Somerset Co.) just after midinght on 2-21-08. The vehicle was fully involved when Engine 102 arrived. The fire had spread close to a near-by building, however there was no damage to the building.
Pocomoke Fire Chief Dicky Gladding was the officer in charge.
