| April 5, 2009 - Outside fire, Stockton Rd. This was a control burn that got out of control. The high winds caused the fire to spread to the near-by woods. Approximately one fourth of an acre was damaged by fire. PCVFC was on the scene for about one hour. Pocomoke was assisted by Forestry 1. PCVFC Chief Dicky Gladding was the officer in charge. | |
