Jan 2, 2009 - 9:22 p.m. MVA on Sheephouse Rd., near the intersection of Buck Harbor Rd. A single vehicle roll over as a result of "Black Ice". One person was in the vehicle....transported by Pocomoke EMS, to PRMC. Occupant was out of the vehicle when emergency personnel arrived. This was the first of 3 "Black Ice" accidents that Pocomoke responded too, within 4 hours.
