Feb 19, 2011 2:48 p.m. - Outside fire. Rt 13 @ Old Snow Hill Rd.(in front of Friendly's). A mulch fire in the island at the intersection. The fire was quickly extinguished. There were high winds all day. PCVFC Chief Dicky Gladding was the Officer in charge.
