July 13, 2010 - 6:50 p.m. Report of an electricial hazard - Payne Ave. & Snow Hill Lane. It appeared to have been an arc on a high voltage line. There was no fire when firefighters arrived. DP&L was notified. PCVFC Lt. Steve Larmore was the officer in charge. (City)
