More from Jerry Barberri......

Choppy:
I e-mailed John Hall the photo from the website and he provided the following information. I was in the fire company when we burned the old Mahan place down so it had to be around 1981. I remember that we had a heck of a time trying to knock the chimney down. Marion Jr. and I were talking about that today. We hit the chimney with the deck gun on 101 and gave it all she had but it wouldn't budge. You can see that it's still standing in the picture. We think Tommy Beauchamp may have taken that picture. (10/23/06)

Thanks for the research Jerry.
Mike Dean said that is Skip Dize standing next to him. Thanks again MIke.
