Tonight, President Howard, alongside Bonnie and Sammy Howser, presented Hailey Cowger, a senior at Pocomoke High School, with the Jacob A. Howser Scholarship.
The Jacob A. Howser Memorial Scholarship was made in remembrance of Jacob Howser, a 2011 graduate of Pocomoke High School. This scholarship is aimed to assist future Emergency Medical Providers, Firefighters, and/or those entering the medical field who share the same passion as Jacob.
